Your Sonnengarten team
Room/Apartment:
Your room is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Catering:
The breakfast buffet is included and available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. There are drinks in the basement, which you should enter in the “dotted list” with your room number (not included) and return the empties.
Chip watch & deposit:
The chip watch that you receive upon check-in allows access to your room, the main entrance from the hotel and the small-animal-zoo, which can be reached via the rear garden entrance.
Your stay WITH thermal baths (if booked):
The chip watches are also thermal bath access and cashless means of payment for consumption in the Sonnentherme. You can leave the thermal baths several times during the day (except departure day). All consumption during your stay at the spa will be conveniently charged to your room bill when you check out on the day of departure.
On the day of departure, hand in these chip watches at reception when you pay your room bill. You will then receive departure watches for the thermal spa, which you will then hand in at the thermal spa's main cash desk when you drive home and pay for your consumption on the day of departure directly there. Please note that with these departure bands it is not possible to leave the thermal baths in between.
A deposit of €20.00 will be added to the invoice per chip watch and will be charged just in case of lost or not returned.
Thermal restaurant voucher:
You are welcome to purchase vouchers for meals in the Sonnentherme Restaurant at reception.
Cycles & Rikschas:
You are welcome to borrow bicycles from us, of course free of charge. Ask at reception. You can open the bicycle hall with the code 724. At the reception of Hotel Sonnenpark****s, you can easily borrow rickshaws free of charge.
Please return the Rikschas to the Hotel Sonnenpark****s after use so they are available for other guests as well.

For your comfort, the reception offers the following items and services:
Complimentary hygiene items such as disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste; razors; toothpaste; toothbrushes and a hygiene set including cotton swabs, a nail file, and cotton pads; Travel sewing kits for small repairs and shoe cleaning kits to help you to shine!
Available free of charge to borrow:
- Charging cables (various models)
- Emergency/wake-up phone
- Baby monitor
- Bottle warmer
- Electric kettle
- Umbrellas
Luggage storage:
We recommend that you leave your main luggage in your car upon arrival until your room is ready. If you are arriving by public transport or prefer to store your luggage with us, there is a small storage room next to the reception. Please note that this room is only accessible during reception hours. Alternatively, you are welcome to leave your bags unattended in the basement area next to the stairwell.
Departure:
You can pay your bill at reception until 10:00 a.m. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or cash. The room is available until 10:00 a.m.
Considerate cooperation – relaxed vacation for everyone:
We kindly like to ask you and your children to behave calmly indoors and outdoors all the time, especially from 10 p.m. until 6.30 a.m.
